Posting settings

I’d already changed the topic title settings down from 15 to 10, but I ran into an issue with an acceptable title:

So I changed the setting to “2”:

I think that means folks can post one emoji and one other character, and that opens up so many possibilities!

If folks use short titles in a way that makes it difficult to read talkgroup, we’ll adjust how it works (like having a category for it, or we choose to not do that anymore).

I turned off title prettify.

It capitalized my name in a title, and we had it turned off on v1 and I don’t recall having an issue with folks not understanding something because of a title. We also change titles to make them more appropriate as a discussion evolves.

Anyhow, that’s that.
